If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase contact a member of our design team at which point a refund will be processed minus the delivery charges, and a standard 25% restocking fee. We’d like to put your mind at ease with all your purchases with us, and we’re confident that you’ll love the products you order at Dreamlivings.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS
30 Day Return Policy. To start your return process, get in touch with a member of our awesome design team. They will set up everything you need for the return. The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement. Please note there No Refund or exchanges once an item has been processed to ship, and a tracking number issued. In the event of a desired cancellation on a shipped item, our standard restocking and shipping charges will apply. Of course in the rare chance that you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged in transit, please be sure to refuse the item from the carrier or have them sign it as damaged. Notify us within 24 hours with pictures, and we will repair or replace it for you. Please note on damaged or defective items, you can opt for store credit or a replacement, however no refunds can be issued. In the event of a desired store credit for damaged items, our standard restocking and shipping charges will apply.
