FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We love keeping thing beautifully simple, and so we’ve designed our shipping process to be just that; straightforward, effortless, and affordable. No matter how much you order, our shipping options are one flat rate. That means whether you’re ordering a single chair or an entire living room set, your shipping rate remains that same low price.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping options and charges can be selected and changed at checkout.
- Free Curbside Delivery One man delivery where carrier will drop off the furniture by the curb with your signature.
- Inside Delivery Carrier will bring the furniture inside the first dry area of the property, which could be the garage or entrance.
- Premium White Glove Delivery furniture will be brought to the designated room of your choice, and up to 2 staircases if needed. Packaging will also be removed.

DELIVERY TIME
You’re keen to meet your brand new furniture, and we’re keen to get it to you. In-stock items are typically delivered within two weeks of ordering. No more waiting in shipping-limbo. We keep you informed every step of the way. Our delivery team will contact you with your tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse. We will contact you promptly to schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment has reached your local area.

MISSED DELIVERY
For the larger items our carriers will call you to schedule a delivery appointment a day ahead of time. If you are not present at the agreed upon delivery window, they will contact you to re-schedule a delivery for a different day. In the event that this occurs, you will be charged a one-time 2nd attempt delivery fee of $99. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact DreamLivings.com Customer Support.

DAMAGES
All our Items go through an extensive inspection process to insure a superior delivery experience for our clients. Please be sure to fully inspect the product upon delivery for any damages or defects. Please notify our delivery team in the event of any damages, or defects. Damages reported after the delivery process has concluded, will have incurring repair charges. In the event of any freight damages we will hire a specialist to examine your piece, and repair the damaged or defective item. If we are unable to repair the item, we will arrange for an exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: Any shipping damage must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may affect damage claim eligibility.

ACCESSIBILITY
If you live in a building without an elevator and/or need the products moved up additional flights, please contact us and we'll make arrangements (a small additional charge may apply). Please ensure, prior to delivery, that there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery without hassle. Returns due to fitting and accessibility issues are subject to 35% restocking fee(in addition to shipping, and return fees)
